Nisha has been absolutely amazing to deal with throughout leasing my property. She made the whole process feel effortless from start to finish. Her communication was excellent, always keeping me updated after inspections and even reaching out on weekends so I never felt out of the loop. Nisha immediately came out when I was available to run me through the process, and quickly found some potential tenants. Nisha was able to secure a tenant within the 2-week timeframe I was originally quoted, and within the price range we discussed. I also felt included each step of the way with regular communication, feedback, and updates on where things were at. Usually I'm the one chasing property managers for updates, but Nisha was on top of it all. Cannot recommend using Nisha Property Management for all owners who want someone to look after the whole process, and stay on top of everything so you don't have to.
