Grace has been exceptional as a property manager so far. She was very understanding of my situation and supported my application to end point. She is easily contactable and very responsive to my needs as a tenant.

We’ve had a great experience with Arnold Property throughout our tenancy. Our property manager has always been friendly, professional and very responsive. Whenever we’ve had an issue or needed assistance, they have acted quickly and kept us informed until everything was resolved. Their proactive communication and willingness to help have made our tenancy smooth and stress-free. We really appreciate their excellent service and would happily recommend Arnold Property to others.

Nisha is very communicative and worked hard to meet our goals and expectations. She was patient with our many questions and informed us every step of the way - Highly reccommend at this point with tenancy organised. I'm sure the management service will be just as efficient.

Nisha was professional, supportive and highly responsive throughout the entire process. Her excellent communication and strong knowledge of the rental market made everything easy and stress-free. She kept us updated, offered helpful advice and secured a tenant within only two days of advertising. Her genuine care and commitment to achieving the best result really made her stand out. We highly recommend Nisha to anyone looking for a reliable and knowledgeable property agent.

Everyone is always helpful and easy to communicate with. Any issues or problems get addressed quickly.

Robinsons show a good market knowledge and use their skills to obtain the right tenants at the right price.

I’ve had a great experience with Green St so far. My agent has been attentive and quick to act on small maintenance issues with the property. The agency itself is very modern and I was gifted with Green St caps which I wear regularly on my walks! Only good things to say!

The property management team at Robinson Property have been managing our property for about 2 years, like most aging property, there can often minor issues that need attending too, the property management team have always be efficient and professional in dealing with them and the tenant. When the lease had ended, and a new tenant was being sourced they provided a revised price guide and found a very suitable tenant with a minimum of fuss.. Well done team! Craig and Mel

We have recently started working with Nisha. She has been excellent. She is very proactive in getting things done, being able to organise a tenant very quickly that minimising the time the property is un-tenanted. She is very responsive to questions and replies in a very timely manner.

The communication from this property agency had been blissful. From their friendly, helpful receptionist to the real estate agents themselves. We have had a great experience this far, and we receive emails, phone calls, and texts for updates throughout our process.
