Lindsay from Kangaroo Point Residential has managed my property previously and I had no hesitation in entrusting him with managing my property again. From the get go, Lindsay has been brilliant to deal with, providing quality advice and making the whole process trouble free. I cannot recommend Lindsay and his team highly enough.

I’ve worked with Lindsay and the team for the past six years, and I couldn’t speak more highly of them. Lindsay’s communication is excellent, he’s highly professional, and I trust him completely to look after my property. Being based interstate, that level of trust is invaluable. His local knowledge of Kangaroo Point is second to none, and I really appreciate the insights and guidance he provides. Highly recommend!

Owning a property but living abroad means I need to rely on the management agency to handle my rental property well. Samantha and her team have been very professional and have taken care of all the business associated. I can wholeheartedly recommend them.

We had a very positive experience with Position Property. The property manager we dealt with was efficient and always easy to deal with throughout the process. We especially appreciated the flexibility of the whole team at Position Property. Everyone we dealt with was helpful and accommodating, making the whole experience smooth and stress-free. We would happily recommend Position Property.

Professional and capable team, explained the process and kept me updated regularly. Would recommend
