Great communicators, were fantastic getting in new tenants and using their comprehensive market knowledge to my benefit.

Responsive at the beginning, but didn’t understand how the building was set up and needed to reissue lease to resolve. Had to chase a key to access mailbox as wasn’t provided. Office is almost a 1 hour drive from apartment, and unable to deliver key to tenant (would be very difficult if tenant didn’t own a car). Have always been customer focussed, but I question either their attention to detail or knowledge of their portfolio under management.
