Our property manager is Emerence Jonker. She managed our property with a different agency many years ago, and we hunted her down after becoming disgruntled with said previous agency. Emerance's property management knowledge is second-to-none, as is her awareness of the rental market in the Ipswich area. She attends to any property issues without delay and with the minimum amount of disruption to our tennants. We trust her implicitly with our property. She is supported by a strong team at Crowne Real Estate.

Emerance and the team are incredibly attentive and responsive to all my property management needs. Loving the service so far and look forward to continuing to work with them. :)

I highly recommend the team for their outstanding property management services. They took over management of my property from another agency during a vacant period and immediately turned things around, sourcing a fantastic tenant quickly and completely hassle-free. Over the years, their service has been consistently excellent. They have been incredibly proactive with managing compliance requirements and have always excelled at finding high-quality tenants whenever a lease came to an end. The only reason I am leaving the agency is because I have sold the property. I recommended her to another friend who also moved overseas and she similarly has had no issues. Breanna regularly checks in to the property and relays to me how things are going. On the flip side she also cares about the tenants. It’s important to me as someone who has rented a lot in the past to have my tenants be happy and at home.
