This is our first time renting our investment property through an agency. We were cautious who we would lease our property through as we have heard plenty of stories about poor performing leasing / property agents. Thankfully Belle Property have been absolutley great. Overall, I must say that I was quite impressed with the level of professionalism and attention to detail that you exhibited throughout the process. From our initial communication to the final signing of the lease agreement, you were always prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable.
