Overview of Kanwal, NSW, 2259

Excellent service and outstanding professionalism in finding the perfect tenant for our property. A huge thank you to Craig and his team. It's been a great experience working with them. They are good communicator and provide timely feedback for every inspection. We were able to find suitable tenants in a short time.

Everything has been smooth. Communication clear and precise. Wonderful agency

Craig was wonderful to deal with from the very beginning. He personally called me before the inspection to let me know about the property and encourage me to attend, which immediately stood out. After attending inspections for nearly a year, it meant a lot that he took the time to reach out — especially as this was the only listing I had seen that mentioned being suitable for first-time renters. At the inspection, Craig had a warm and welcoming presence. He was approachable, happy to answer questions, and made the experience feel comfortable rather than stressful. I shared that I had high hopes for the property, and he was genuinely kind and encouraging. When he called to let me know I had been approved, he made the moment feel special and personal. It didn’t feel transactional — he was genuinely excited when he told me the good news. Throughout the process, including when I experienced issues transferring the holding fee through my bank, Craig was patient and understanding. Even when I followed up about next steps because I was eager and didn’t want to lose the property, he remained professional and reassuring. Craig’s communication, kindness and professionalism made what can often be a stressful experience feel smooth and positive. I truly appreciated his support.
