Brand property allowed us an opportunity to become tenants when we were in a desperate situation, we were told our previous rental had been sold and we were facing the possibility of vacating within 30 days. Brand made it simple to apply and we were personally notified that we were chosen for that property. Brand allowed us to select a move in date and ensured all the paperwork and documents were completed by that move in date. This is the second time renting through brand and I’ve always found it to be a wonderful experience.
