The renting process has been smooth, fast, efficient, and very professional, Lynda White Real Estate And The team was attentive, proactive, and made the leasing process smooth and stress-free.

Lynda was amazing to work with. She made the whole process of renting out my property really easy and stress-free. You can tell straight away she’s got an enormous amount of experience, everything runs smoothly, she knows what matters and what doesn’t, and she’s completely on top of all the regulations. She’s also just really easy to deal with. Communicative, practical, and relationship-focused. Her maintenance contacts are excellent, her handyman did a brilliant job around the house, especially in the garden, and she managed all the cleaning and repairs so I could just hand over the keys and let her take care of it. I always felt the place was in safe hands. Lynda listed the house at a higher rent than other agents suggested and still managed to find great applicants. After only two showings we had several strong candidates and ended up with tenants I’m really happy with. This was my first rental property, and having someone so capable made a huge difference. I’d absolutely recommend Lynda to anyone who wants a confident, experienced agent they can trust to look after their property properly.

After experiencing homelessness throughout the last few months, finding a place to call home has been an incredibly challenging and emotional journey. I cannot speak highly enough of the patience, understanding, compassion and professionalism shown by at Frank Dowling Real Estate throughout the process of securing my new lease at 8/61 Flemington Street, Travancore. From the outset, they demonstrated a genuine willingness to understand my circumstances and assist me in finding a place to call home. They approached what was a particularly difficult period in my life with kindness, patience and a level of understanding that went far beyond what I would ordinarily expect from a real estate agency. What stood out most was that I was treated as a person, not simply another rental application. Their communication, consideration and willingness to work with me made an enormous difference during a time when securing stable accommodation felt increasingly out of reach. Tia and Bridie deserve particular recognition for the care and effort they put into helping me reach this milestone. Their approach is a wonderful example of how much of a difference compassionate, people-focused property management can make in someone’s life. I am incredibly grateful to finally have a home again, and I will genuinely remember the role they played in helping me get here. Thank you both, and thank you to Frank Dowling Real Estate for having such wonderful people representing your business. I would wholeheartedly recommend the agency to anyone looking for a team that combines professionalism with genuine human understanding.

Holly, the agent who assisted with my application, was very friendly and provided clear and helpful information whenever I had questions or concerns throughout the process. The property was also well maintained, with no significant issues, and was fully consistent with the advertisement.
