Overview of Keiraville, NSW, 2500

We have been very satisfied with the service provided by Cooper and Cooper Real Estate. Whenever we reported a maintenance issue, the property management team responded promptly and arranged the appropriate tradespeople. They helped us address several issues, including the kitchen, laundry and bathroom taps, the range hood, and the damaged laundry tiles. Their communication was always clear, patient, and professional, and they continued to follow up whenever further work was required. As a family settling into a new home, we really appreciated their efficient support and helpful attitude. They made the entire process much easier and gave us confidence that any genuine concerns would be taken seriously. We would happily recommend Cooper and Cooper Real Estate.

Cooper And Cooper was very clear with what steps were needed to secure a lease and if any hiccups happened along the way, they were clearly communicated and immediately fixed. Despite not having an office to do things in person, they are super helpful and clear over the phone and via email.
