Agencies in Kelvin Grove, QLD, 4059

We approached Position Property to manage the leasing of our unit as we actually bought the unit through them (as the seller’s agent). They made the whole process really easy and we were successful in buying the place. Great team, friendly, and efficient! Highly recommend for all real estate needs!

Alex had great communication keeping me well informed throughout the entire process and was extremely quick with reviewing my application and the outcome. Made the process very easy.

First-rate experience. My agent Rahil was quick to return phone calls, happy to answer pressing questions, and always on time. Thanks for making the process so simple.

Communication was very easy and approachable and very professional and genuine.

Was very happy with SPACE Property management

Having invested in residential property across Australia for 20 years, I am thoroughly impressed by the team at Image Property Aspley, especially Larissa Jermyn. When a complex switchboard maintenance issue threatened to run wildly over budget, Larissa stepped in with exceptional leadership and problem-solving skills. Through her sharp negotiation, she secured a full refund from a previous contractor and negotiated a substantial reduction on a separate inflated maintenance invoice. Her clear communication, initiative, and dedication to protecting her clients' yields are a breath of fresh air in the industry. She doesn't just manage properties, she actively advocates for owners. Highly recommended!

Excellent service, quick response times and easy to work with when finding a rental property.

The whole process was easy. The communication was top notch and very quick. I was on a strict deadline of finding a home for my family and I and our home is perfect. We love it. I recieve regular emails with step by step instructions. I highly recommend your real estate agency to anyone looking for their next property. Thank you so much for making this process so easy for me. You guys rock!!!
