Overview of Lalor Park, NSW, 2147

I’ve had such a positive experience renting through Century 21 Blacktown. Jenny, Mikayla and Marchella have all been incredibly friendly, professional and approachable throughout my tenancy. Communication has always been easy, and whenever I’ve had a question or needed assistance, the team have been helpful, responsive and respectful. I’m very grateful for the support and professionalism I’ve experienced from the team and would happily recommend Century 21 Blacktown to anyone looking for a reliable and caring real estate agency. Thank you Jenny, Mikayla and Marchella for making my experience such a positive one! ❤️

Before we decided to use a property manager, we had little idea what was involved, from staying on top of laws and compliance requirements to tenant selection, repairs, and managing expenses in a way that protects our property long term. Century 21 Davelis & Co have been amazing to deal with. They treat their clients like family, take the time to connect with us personally, and genuinely care about what matters to us. They keep us informed, manage the day-to-day running of our property, and have been absolute lifesavers whenever an issue arises. They’ve taken the time to thoroughly vet their trades and have built strong relationships within the real estate industry, which means we know we can trust the people they recommend. They communicate clearly, and always work to find the most practical and cost-effective solution without compromising on quality. Beyond the day-to-day management, they’ve also given us valuable insight into the property market and what’s happening in our local area, helping us make informed decisions about our property. Their communication, professionalism, and genuine care have given us complete peace of mind. We couldn’t recommend the team highly enough.

Working with Saiyida as first-time landlords was an absolute game-changer for us. From day one, they demonstrated incredible patience, taking the time to thoroughly answer every single question we had without ever making us feel rushed. Their responsiveness was unmatched—they were always available when we needed guidance, making a process that felt overwhelming at first completely manageable. Above all, their deep market knowledge and high level of professionalism gave us total peace of mind. We couldn’t have asked for a better guide to help us navigate our first investment property, and we recommend them wholeheartedly to anyone looking for a top-tier real estate professional

Manor rented my property fast and tenants were in before I needed.

Sayida was always responsive, friendly, and willing to go above and beyond to assist us with any questions or concerns. Her excellent communication, attention to detail, and genuine care made a real difference. The entire Manor team was efficient and professional, and we truly appreciated their support throughout our rental journey. Highly recommend Sayida and Manor Real Estate to anyone looking for exceptional service and a positive rental experience.
