Alison Parker was the portfolio manager who assisted my partner and I in acquiring the rental we applied for and went above and beyond to make this a smooth process. After some last minute changes and needing to break the lease, Alison was empathetic, considerate and extremely helpful. I have not met and communicated with someone so kind and generous. I cannot thank her enough for everything that she has done.

Krystle was our property manager when we were renting, and then once we had an investment property, she was the first person was called to manage our property. Krystle is reasonable, approachable, and takes care of both tenant and landlord. We cannot thank Krystle enough for the effort she has put in to taking care of our property. We have recommended her to anyone in Hobart that needs a property manager.
