Overview of Lindisfarne, TAS, 7015

Taylor resonds my request and questions promptly, assisted my request without delay. I am glad to have Taylor as my property manager.

Taylor has been an exceptional professional to deal with, she has made renting out my house a stress free and pleasant experience. I would highly recommend Arkley and Co to anyone with real estate needs.

Katrina Arkley’s agency was the choice I made to entrust my property to lease out. Kim responded very quickly, and gave me a “no fuss” appraisal the same day, of which exceeded my expectations. She gave me the confidence to proceed and this made my decision stress free to move forward I would Reccommend anyone looking at buying, selling or renting to entrust Arkley Agencies

A big thank you to Kristy, Thank you for making our experience inspection/ application quick and easy. Very much appreciated

Our rental we were going into, wasnt the most straight forward scenario re current tenants. Kristy gave us options and always kept us uo to date. She was easy to contact, got back to us if we couldnt get her. I have my rental with her as well. We recommend her highly.

Were friendly and welcoming on arrival of an inspection, and quick to follow up after I applied. Helpful, kind and professional.

Both my partner and I were called when our application was approved, and it was wonderful how accommodating and patient they were when we needed to take some time to process the decision together. There was originally no property manager listed on the lease, but when I reached out I got a response almost immediately with contact details for our property manager. This property manager answered all my questions thoroughly and she clearly took the time to investigate and bring back the best answers she could. I am beyond impressed and I look forward to having a property manager/agent with such great communication and kindness! Highly recommend Petrusma Property :)

Had Aislinn recommended by a real estate agent that had sold property for me, and Aislinn was listed as a Top Agent by a website I found. I had never used an agent to handle a property b4, so all new to me. Could not be happier with how everything has been handled. Communication, information, and now success at finding what appears to be an excellent tenant. And has taken care of several items that I hadn't even been aware were required. Very satisfied.

I have been renting with Petrusma for 11 years and about to move to our third property through them. I initially had Kendall Lovell as my property manager and she has always been professional, easy to deal with, understanding of circumstances and just lovely. The property I’m about to move to is with Alexandra Lehman-Ware and I have found her and her team really helpful, prompt and professional making our transition and stressful time so much easier.
