Overview of Manifold Heights, VIC, 3218

Really good team to work with

Moving into our very first property felt like a big milestone, and we couldn't have asked for a better team to guide us through it than Gartland. From the start, the entire process was incredibly convenient and stress-free. A special thank you to our property manager, Emily Schwarz. She has been so positive and remarkably easy to deal with throughout the leasing process. Her communication was clear and timely, making everything feel seamless. We highly recommend Gartland and Emily to anyone looking for a professional and supportive property management team!

Thank you for making the move to a rental property easy. This place feels like home already. Hayley kindly helped with the technology and Maintenance reporting process. The Condition Report was the most thorough I have ever seen.

Jasmine was efficient & very helpful, easy to liaise with.

Helpful, go above and beyond, know what they are talking about Very highly recommend them

Very quick to respond and help with any questions or issues. They are a great help.
