Sarah Allen the senior property manager has been like a family, she took all the time to listen and enquire all the worries of me and my partner, she made sure our family’s stay in our new home becomes a great experience, we are more than thankful for all her care and support while leasing blake street property to us. She dealt with us in the most generous and professional way so we don’t stress anymore about not getting the property, it was only her who made us feel relaxed since the process began. I would like to mention Brady Richardson the leasing consultant also, he helped us find the property in the first place, and he also helped us during our inspection and everything. We recently moved into a rental property leased by Position One Property and from first inspection to now, finally being moved in we have encountered the most incredibly professional team. It was clear from day 1 they cared about their tenants just as much as their home owners which in my opinion is a number one quality of this agency. In the past other agencies have failed miserably making us as tenants feel “lower class”.
