Kellie has been great to work with. She is helpful, prompt with her communication and makes the entire process straightforward and stress-free. I couldn't have asked for a smoother experience managing my property. Highly recommend her services to anyone looking for a reliable agent

We have had such a wonderful experience with Kellie. She is incredibly lovely, personable and always so prompt with her communication. She is approachable, professional and genuinely goes above and beyond to make everything as easy and stress-free as possible. It’s honestly refreshing to have a property manager who is so friendly, responsive and caring. We really appreciate everything she does and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a fantastic property manager!

After wasting 2 weeks with the previous agent without finding appropriate tenants, we contacted Amanda from Astute and enegaged their services. They advertised for the property in many different plaforms and the property was tenanted in a few days from when their service was engaged. Amanda and the girls at the office are very helpful and very nice. They kept us updated with every step and they answered all the questions during the process. Couldn't recommend them more

Excellent communication and always prompt responses. Very warm and friendly. The property is well managed, and we feel looked after as tenants.

Working with Kelly and her team has been excellent and effortless. The entire process was straightforward, clearly explained, and handled step by step with great professionalism. It’s been an absolute pleasure working with them, and I would highly recommend their services to everyone.
