Crystal has an experience in real estate that is exceptional.

We had a great experience with Ivy Realty throughout our rental process. Everything was smooth and well-managed. A special thanks to Crystal Chen, who was incredibly supportive, responsive, and always available to help us with any questions. She followed up promptly and made the whole process much easier for us. Overall, we are very happy with the service and truly appreciate the effort. Highly recommended!

Crystal was attentive to all our questions and concerns and clearly communicated with us throughout the process. In the current renting climate, we felt she respected us as renters and went above and beyond to help us secure a property that we really loved. She was available for any questions and allowed us space to think on decisions, never making us feel rushed or anxious. So happy that she was there to guide us.

Having haus to home take care of us was amazing. The communication was incredible and always heard back quickly whenever we needed anything. Home was left in immaculate condition when we moved in and they made everything super easy and we are very grateful. Thank you a million!

Haus to Home have been my agents since I’ve had my investment property. They are have always been on top of all my property needs - maintenance, payment of rent, owners statements and inspection reports (which are very detailed and include photos). I feel quite confident my property is in good hands.

Natalie has been a shining star from day one. She has been extremely open and approachable, willing to listen and being proactive managing my investment property at Gleneagle. Definitely recommend her.
