The CPPM team provides excellent service of the highest quality. The property managers are thorough, proactive and quick to respond to requests. Communication from the whole team is outstanding. They give me confidence that my investments are in good hands.

I have engaged Fall Real Estate for many years to manage a 17 unit complex in Hobert’s Northern suburbs. Their service is excellent on all levels - communication, market knowledge and positioning and tenancy management. We rarely have vacancies for more than 7-14 days, tenants are happy and rents are fair providing a good return on investment.

Once they were ready to offer to the market we approached Janita and Alex at Petrusma, and from there it was a seamless, professional and super efficient process to secure new tenants. Janita and her team are delightful to work with - always friendly, knowledgeable and efficient.
