My wife and I recently arrived in Tasmania from South Africa on a four year specialist skills 482 visa. Our excitement for the new challenge on a new continent quickly turned into frustration and a lot of anxiety due to the paucity of rental accommodation that was available on the market. We literally arrived with eight suitcases and were keen to put down some roots in our new base by being able to unpack our personal effects in new accommodation. After four weeks in hotels and Air and B's we were downcast at the prospects of finding a suitable rental as our enquiries to rental agents were either ignored and not responded to or when we did obtain a physical viewing opportunity, there were multiple other clients that had applied for the same accommodation. Fortunately our anxiety and thoughts on not ever finding suitable accommodation changed when we were fortuitously put in contact with Melissa Griffiths, an agent with Harrison Agents. From the very first telephonic interaction, Melissa provided professional comfort that our requirements and dilemma of not being able to find accommodation was taken seriously and she committed herself to being of kind assistance. The level of service and compassion was not something that we had experienced in the four weeks of us exploring many dead-ends in relation to our property search and Melissa's professional approach to her work has stood out like a beacon. Once were were shown various options that appeared to be a fit for our requirements, Melissa followed up by cementing the formalities and being a conduit between us and the owner of the property. The transaction was finalized in the nicest possible way and all loose ends attended to with the minimum of fuss or ado. I have absolutely no hesitation on highly endorsing Melissa Griffiths as a professional who goes out of her way to assist and guide clients that are seeking excellent service in the property rental industry,

My experience in the last year with Aislinn and Layla was fantastic. They both are excellent in their communication, very polite and professional. Finding the right tenant is not always easy but they managed it very well to find the right person for my house . I really appreciate that!
