Overview of Newcastle, NSW, 2300

Since coming over to Nisha from another Property management company her service has been excellent and she always goes above and beyond to get the best outcomes for her clients. She is a highly knowledgeable and professional agent. Communication is always clear and efficient. Recently our property has come up for lease. There was a quick turnaround on this and new suitable tenants found within 48 hours. I would highly recommend their services.

Excellent communication, advertising, vetting of prospective tenants and the entire process of renting from one tenant to the next made seamless. Gives us huge confidence in whole heartedly recommending to prospective landlords.

Nisha has been absolutely fantastic to deal with. She had our property listed for rent within a day or so and successfully leased it in less than a week for the price we wanted. Her communication, attention to detail and professionalism have been exceptional throughout the entire process. Being almost nine months pregnant, having someone so capable and reliable to take care of everything has been an absolute blessing. Her level of service has also been a stark contrast to some of our recent experiences with other agents from larger agencies, as well as our own experiences as renters. Nisha genuinely cares about her clients and has been a breath of fresh air. She made the whole process seamless and stress-free, and we couldn’t recommend her highly enough!

Very responsive, always addresses our concerns in prompt manner.

Jayden and team have been a delight to deal with. They are so friendly and responsive. The entire process from application to moving in and sorting out any maintenance issues has been absolutely seamless - excellent communication and quick response time!

Excellent communication throughout, seamless administration process and lovely attentive service.

Once the apartment was let things have progressed smoothly. Originally the agent estimated the rental to be much higher than actual market rate, which resulted in the unit taking several weeks to be let.

We have been leasing our property for many years and would not trust our unit to another Agent. Kylie and each and every team member of Robinsons are very professional in their approach and go 'above and beyond' so our experience of being Lessors is made completely trouble free. Many thanks to Kylie and the team!

Professionals with excellent communication. I recently leased a property and they were very helpful, experienced, friendly and responsive throughout the whole process, making it smooth, quick and easy. Overall a positive experience with Robinson Property.

As overseas property owners, we greatly appreciate the professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail that Jacinta and Lynn bring to managing our property. They communicate promptly, keep us informed of anything we need to know, and handle every request efficiently. Their competence and reliability give us complete peace of mind, and we highly recommend their services.
