Excellent communication throughout, seamless administration process and lovely attentive service.

Once the apartment was let things have progressed smoothly. Originally the agent estimated the rental to be much higher than actual market rate, which resulted in the unit taking several weeks to be let.

Excellent communication, advertising, vetting of prospective tenants and the entire process of renting from one tenant to the next made seamless. Gives us huge confidence in whole heartedly recommending to prospective landlords.

I use this company and my agent for three properties and they manage everything. I trust them and they have not let me down yet over the last 8 years. I am very grateful.
