Agencies in Newcastle, NSW, 2300

Very happy with The Valley Real Estate team.. they literally are experts at what they do..they pretty much handle everything.. we hardly had to intervene at all..

We had a fantastic experience with our estate agent. From start to finish, they were incredibly proactive, professional and responsive. They kept us informed throughout the entire process, were always on top of things, and made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and straightforward. It’s clear they genuinely care about their clients and take pride in their work. Their professionalism, attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile really stood out. We would happily recommend them to anyone looking for an agent who is reliable, proactive and genuinely committed to getting the job done.

Appreciative of the professional team's support over the years as they've been a great help with terrific staff. Thank you

Since coming over to Nisha from another Property management company her service has been excellent and she always goes above and beyond to get the best outcomes for her clients. She is a highly knowledgeable and professional agent. Communication is always clear and efficient. Recently our property has come up for lease. There was a quick turnaround on this and new suitable tenants found within 48 hours. I would highly recommend their services.

Nisha has been absolutely fantastic to deal with. She had our property listed for rent within a day or so and successfully leased it in less than a week for the price we wanted. Her communication, attention to detail and professionalism have been exceptional throughout the entire process. Being almost nine months pregnant, having someone so capable and reliable to take care of everything has been an absolute blessing. Her level of service has also been a stark contrast to some of our recent experiences with other agents from larger agencies, as well as our own experiences as renters. Nisha genuinely cares about her clients and has been a breath of fresh air. She made the whole process seamless and stress-free, and we couldn’t recommend her highly enough!

Nisha is very efficient and responsive. Our unit was advertised on Monday and leased by Tuesday. Highly recommend.

The whole team are professional and friendly, always happy to answer questions. The process from viewing the property, applying and receiving a quick outcome was simple and efficient.

Grace has been exceptional as a property manager so far. She was very understanding of my situation and supported my application to end point. She is easily contactable and very responsive to my needs as a tenant.

We’ve had a great experience with Arnold Property throughout our tenancy. Our property manager has always been friendly, professional and very responsive. Whenever we’ve had an issue or needed assistance, they have acted quickly and kept us informed until everything was resolved. Their proactive communication and willingness to help have made our tenancy smooth and stress-free. We really appreciate their excellent service and would happily recommend Arnold Property to others.
