Agencies in Ningi, QLD, 4511

Jim McKeering Real Estate has been managing my property for the last eighteen years. I have never had any concerns during this time, they have been on the ball with tenants, maintenance, prompt statements and payments. I feel landlords are particularly well off with the owner of the business, John McKeering, also being a registered builder and has repairs and maintenance well in hand. On the advice of the Agency I have completely upgraded and renovated one of my units with John being able to do the bulk of the work. I am so appreciative of all the help and assistance awarded me! Thank you so much Jim McKeering Real Estate!

I found that the Ray Biner Real Estate Agency to be friendly and polite from the Receptionist to the Director

Communication is lacking between Property Managers and Landlords No communication to Landlords of any changes in property managers for any reason such as leave replacements etc. Should keep Landlords informed of any employee changes . Should not be surprises -for Landlord to find strange property manager Relief managers are not aware of the previous actions of their colleagues when taking over. I am also speaking from previous experiences as I have other property under Ray White North Lakes rental management team
