Jim McKeering Real Estate has been managing my property for the last eighteen years. We rented with Bianca for a couple years and only recently had to change to a new company because there wasn’t any available homes in the area. Bianca is very professional yet friendly and approachable, she made the entire process so easy and really helped us out whenever our lease would end to find a new home quickly. Any issues at the rentals would always be resolved quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend and very sad to have left. Best in the business.

Communication is lacking between Property Managers and Landlords No communication to Landlords of any changes in property managers for any reason such as leave replacements etc. Should keep Landlords informed of any employee changes . Should not be surprises -for Landlord to find strange property manager Relief managers are not aware of the previous actions of their colleagues when taking over. I am also speaking from previous experiences as I have other property under Ray White North Lakes rental management team
