Needing to find new tenants after the previous ones had left the house in a terrible state, Ray White firstly set out making sure the house was beautifully presented for new tenants, and while this took some time as the house needed a lot of work, when it came time to find new tenants they worked swiftly and professionally. Meeting and vetting all prospective tenants to make sure they were well suited to the property has ensured that my new tenants are looking after the property as if it were their own.

During my family’s experience with Ray White Narangba was fantastic. As we live in nsw central coast they were more then happy to do a FaceTime inspection to look at the property. We handed in our applications in the next day and the girls at the office got right to work on the applications. They would keep us updated emailed us if they needed anything and if I had a question they were more then happy to help me out. I would recommend Ray White Narangba to anyone as they are a fantastic agency and willing to help you out with their caring and friendly service.

I recently had the absolute pleasure of dealing with Chloe, what an absolutely fantastic asset she is. Chloe made the entire process of dealing with Ray White such an easy and seamless experience, from start to finish she guided me and ensured such effective and informative communication that I would genuinely recommend her to anyone looking for a rental property in a heartbeat. Simply amazing, while I don't plan on moving again for a good long while I can only hope i have her support again. Thanks Chloe you're a superstar ✨️
