Chloe and Josie were wonderful, they helped us with everything from our rental application to moving in the house. They were in touch with us all the time and responded to our messages with in a short amount of time.

I cannot recommend Fall highly enough. Sam and Sara went above and beyond to support my daughter and I as we navigated the process of relocating from interstate. Moving to a new place where you don’t know anyone can feel incredibly daunting, but working with these ladies was such a relief. They took the time to understand our situation and worked incredibly hard to help us secure a home that feels comfortable and right fit for our family. Their communication was excellent, and their professionalism, kindness, and reliability stood out. It was clear they genuinely cared about ensuring we were able to settle into a safe and stable home.

It was a very nice experience with Harcourts Signature - Rosny Park. Excellent professional services from Sophie, Melissa, and Lucy, from inspecting the apartment to signing the tenancy agreement.

Sophie Berry from Harcourts Signatures is absolutely amazing! She is professional, friendly, and goes above and beyond to make the whole process smooth and stress-free. Sophie communicates clearly, keeps you updated every step of the way, and genuinely cares about achieving the best result. Highly recommend her to anyone looking to renting.

Perri at Harcourts was lovely to deal with, friendly, helpful and very professional. She replied to messages promptly and helped make the process as easy as possible. Having not rented for a while I did find the whole process - I applied for 8 rentals for me and my three kids - a bit scarey and very stressful in that applications are not dealt with as they come, but are screened, pooled with the landlord, and then an applicant chosen. This introduces a significant time delay in an already tight windows, meaning that I was considering interim accommodation options such as airbnb, or friends couches - very difficult, especially with children. I would suggest agents could advertise properties more in advance of contract dates, or deal with applications as they come, to improve tenant needs. I'd really recommend Perri and Harcourts though, they were great to deal with.
