Been with Fall just over a year and are happy with the service provided. Into our second tenancy and it was filled timely with minimum vacancy. Property remains in good condition and Fall do regular inspections. All responsive and prompt when I communicate with them. I would recommend.

I was impressed how quickly and professionally Mel organised the rental process for me. Within a day of enquiring she went out of her way to conduct a video inspection for me, answered all my questions and took all the stress out of the process.

Faced with the tricky proposition of renting my house for 6 months furnished, & myself being relatively stubborn on price, Jamie went above & beyond completing many showings & following up with multiple potentially interested parties.
