Communication is lacking between Property Managers and Landlords No communication to Landlords of any changes in property managers for any reason such as leave replacements etc. Should keep Landlords informed of any employee changes . Should not be surprises -for Landlord to find strange property manager Relief managers are not aware of the previous actions of their colleagues when taking over. I am also speaking from previous experiences as I have other property under Ray White North Lakes rental management team

While I don't expect the agents to revolve their world around me, I can't say it's been a 10/10 experience. Pros: - Communication in person is clear, polite & respectful. - Professional presentation overall Cons: - Once my property was listed, I felt a bit of pressure to settle for the first person to view the apartment. There was plenty of interest in the first week & I wanted to wait. I am new to being a landlord but not new to real estate as I was an agent myself in the past. I felt like I was hurried whether it was the agents' intention or not. - I have to send multiple messages (reminders) or chase another agent to get an answer to simple questions.

My wife and I have recently sold our home on the Gold Coast and have moved to Toowoomba for job transfers. Yvonne and her wonderful team made a very stressful time very stress-free. Their communication was excellent as we were organising a rental property from 2 hours away, their processing time was very quick and nothing was too much trouble.
