From start to finish my time with Marq so far has been a pleasure. From start of my journey looking for a rental property the team have been so kind caring and supportive of me and my situation. I was immediately notified if I wasn’t accept for a property and sent many similar properties as alternatives to help provide me with safe accommodation. Once I had secured a property, the payment process for both rent and bond was straight forward, easy and hassle free with the team directing me exactly how to proceed with my payments and continue to pay in the future. Once you’re a tenant as well you’re invited to download a tenant app which makes keeping up with your rent easy. As well as access to forms, maintenance requests and upcoming inspections. Couldn’t recommend them enough and shout out to my agent, Alex, for being so amazing!!

Great at providing detail and information on what is happening and what is required. Very helpful overall in the rental process and quick to process the application and provide keys and further information.

Moving to a new city after not having rented for several years, becoming a rental tenant again felt like entering unfamiliar territory.
