Change can sometimes be daunting, but not this time. We changed Managing agents to GGRE and we felt confident we were in the right hands from the initial conversation with David Hollands. He provided knowledge on the market, and advised us on some outstanding issues, and honestly all problems were quickly resolved, with a new tenant, and more money per week. There was minimal fuss, an easy transition for any owner. New tenants are in, and all good, but if needed, we know David is only a phone call, text message or email away for helping.
