Agencies in Paddington, NSW, 2021

Michael and his team have managed my house in Paddington for about ten years. In the wake of the recent housing market changes, my house required a new tenant. Murray Property managed a basic renovation and found excellent tradespeople. When it came to opens, Michael was in my corner and found a great tenant at a fair rent. He is a good communicator with regular updates and follow ups with potential tenants, and he can see both sides of a transaction.

The team at Home Estate Agents manage our property with professionalism and efficiency. Communication is timely and clear. Rents are regularly reviewed to ensure they remain competitive, providing excellent returns for landlords. Correspondence from tenants is attended to quickly and any repairs required are actioned without delay. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Home Estate Agents.
