Agencies in Paddington, QLD, 4064

My experience so far has been extremely positive. The entire team are service driven with a sense of clear and kind professionalism. You'll find common sense here too. I feel they care about both sides of the relationship which is rare in this market. Of course I am lucky and have wonderful owners but they need to ensure their investment is managed appropriately and Gemma works across both sides very well to ensure long term, successful and harmonious outcomes are achieved.

So responsive and always ready to clarify things very quickly.

We have rented through Q rental for 9 years, and have found them very helpful with getting things fixed, also we our land lord wanted to sell the house with alot of help finding a new property.

I had a great experience with Sapphire estate agents specially Sundar pokharel and Dirga kendel. They were very professional, friendly and responsive throughout the entire process. They managed to find suitable tenants for my property very quickly and kept me updated along the way. Their communication and efficiency were excellent, making the whole rental process smooth and stress-free. I really appreciate their hard work and would highly recommend them. Thank you for the fantastic service!

I highly recommend Sundar Pokharel and the team at Sapphire Estate Agents. Sundar has gone above and beyond for me to get my property into market for lease. His communication, market knowledge, negotiation skills and professionalism have been exceptional. What I appreciated most was that Sundar was always just a phone call away whenever I needed assistance. He genuinely takes ownership, keeps you informed and works hard to achieve the best possible outcome. The property was leased at the very first open home, which speaks volumes about his market knowledge, presentation and leasing strategy. Sundar’s dedication and willingness to help well beyond what is expected of an agent is something I truly appreciate. His team at Sapphire is professional, responsive and, in my experience, one of the best real estate teams in Queensland.

Great experience with the team! Very professional, responsive, and helpful throughout the whole process. They clearly explained each step, answered our questions promptly, and kept everything on schedule, making the experience smooth and stress-free. Highly recommended!

Excellent communication and thorough understanding and in depth knowledge of the current market. The agent was professional and helpful in the process of selecting a suitable tenant.

Jessica was very thorough in her evaluation and feedback of potential tenants. It allowed me to trust her selection put forward.

Very responsive team! Was never left hanging and was a very easy process for my first time leasing (:

I am very happy with Ray White South Brisbane, very professional and always helpful. A special mention to Rebecca, and also Natasha for all her help.

I own two properties in Brisbane and my only regret is that I didn't call Rebecca and Luke at Ray White on Highgate Hill first. The service is top notch, Rebecca returned my call immediately and had people looking at my apartment in 2 days! Rebecca kept me in the loop, as to what was happening, she is really on the ball. If you want honest, professional and conscientious workers, you need Ray White's staff on your side.
