Upon moving into our property we noticed a lot of issues that were missed by the previous tenants. We reached out to the agents and for every issue they’ve been really responsive and proactive in resolving anything we’ve found so far ! We’re pretty hopeful (and feeling pretty optimistic) that this level of attention and care continues throughout the tenancy !

We’ve only recently started renting through SPACE Property Paddington, but our experience so far has been incredibly positive. From our very first interaction, our property manager Lianna has been professional, organised and clear in her communication, which made the whole process feel straightforward and stress-free. What really stood out to us was how personable she is. She took the time to answer all of our questions, made sure we understood each step of the process and genuinely made us feel welcome.
