We have an excellent renting experience with the agent Kylie. Whenever I raised questions and concerns as a tenant, she always responded quickly and took the initiative to help solve every problem patiently. For example, since we couldn't access the app to check the Inspection report, Kylie kindly delivered all paperwork to our home in heavy rain, keeping our rental process on track.
