Market knowledge on local rental excellent. Knowledge on regulations and REIQ requirements spot on.

Crystal has an experience in real estate that is exceptional.

We had a great experience with Ivy Realty throughout our rental process. Everything was smooth and well-managed. A special thanks to Crystal Chen, who was incredibly supportive, responsive, and always available to help us with any questions. She followed up promptly and made the whole process much easier for us. Overall, we are very happy with the service and truly appreciate the effort. Highly recommended!

Crystal was attentive to all our questions and concerns and clearly communicated with us throughout the process. In the current renting climate, we felt she respected us as renters and went above and beyond to help us secure a property that we really loved. She was available for any questions and allowed us space to think on decisions, never making us feel rushed or anxious. So happy that she was there to guide us.
