They action promptly any invoices or bills to make sure that it is paid on time. Any issues reported by tenants is being communicated promptly to us and they liaise with their contractors to get it fixed asap. Emerence has been very helpful and she ensures that they respond to any of our queries within 24 hours. Their professionalism and excellent customer service had earned trust from both landlords and tenants establishing a good working relationship. Great communication and service

William is professional but at times lacks the correct communication skills. And unfortunately slipped when negotiating the new rental terms for new tenants. I felt like there was hidden communication regarding the lease arrangement with tenants leaving property early and timing of new tenants coming in. Having to pay three weeks of rent and not knowing that was going to happen is not ideal.

Their dedication and support made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I would highly recommend their services to anyone looking to rent or buy a property.
