I was really impressed with the service from STRUD. Chloe was amazing right from initial engagement, gave me great advice and communicated regularly and clearly throughout. Inspections run by Trish and she was a fantastic communicator also. Really glad I used STRUD, had the property leased really quickly with a great result.

I applied for the rental property on 25th Dec 2025 and my application was approved on the 29th December 2025. Strud is very knowledgeable and asked the right questions to obtain answers from us. Our investment property is being managed by Crown Real Estate Ipswich since 2021 and we've never thought of going with other property management company since then.
