We recently moved into a rental property leased by Position One Property and from first inspection to now, finally being moved in we have encountered the most incredibly professional team. It was clear from day 1 they cared about their tenants just as much as their home owners which in my opinion is a number one quality of this agency. In the past other agencies have failed miserably making us as tenants feel “lower class”. The only issue I had with my experience with ray white is that in the entry report the angency documented that a lot of parts of the house were in good/perfect condition when they were broken. But apart from that everything has been fine.
