Communication around the new lease has been good. We have engaged Fall Real Estate for the last few years and have found them to be professional and capable. There have been a couple of times when communication could have been improved, such as repeatedly asking for a repair to be made and recently when our tenants said they had requested a one month extension on the lease, but we weren’t even aware they were leaving. However, overall we are satisfied. They are conscientious about inspections, we are kept informed and they are thorough - this was especially important when we were essentially living overseas. We feel that our properties are well looked after.

Very happy with the service and my asset has been well looked after. Communication is great and home inspections great. The tenant concerns are looked after promptly and there has been no issues. :)

We always knew what was happening, with regular updates keeping us in the loop from the mainland without having to chase anyone down. Their local market knowledge was a real asset too. They gave us honest, grounded advice on Hobart conditions which helped us stay realistic throughout. They went all-in with advertising and numerious viewings and even though it took a bit longer than we hoped to find the right tenant, they never let up. The result? A great long-term tenant and real confidence in handing over ongoing management to Alex and the team. Highly recommend, especially if you're managing a property from interstate.
