Emmy was very responsive when the current tenant wanted to break their lease. Emmy quickly provided applications which I was able to vet for suitability. The result was that the property was rented well before the lease was due to end and within a few weeks of notification which saved the exiting tenant time and money. The property was then rented at the current market value with minimal disruption and financial loss to all parties. They gave us honest, grounded advice on Hobart conditions which helped us stay realistic throughout. They went all-in with advertising and numerious viewings and even though it took a bit longer than we hoped to find the right tenant, they never let up. The result?
