My experience was very good throughout the hole process

I had previously been a tenant with C21 Rockingham for over 7 years and 2 separate properties with excellent references before my second landlord decided to end our lease. Finding another rental was very difficult at the time but with our C21 references we managed it but in an area we did not want. One year on we ended our lease to move back to the Warnbro Port Kennedy area, finding it difficult once again. We found a property with C21 and knowing our history, Niki and her wonderful team managed to get us in with only 3 weeks left on our current lease. The transition was easy, efficient and as always, with a smile from the wonderful ladies in the property management team! Highly recommend for efficient and professional property management services.

They’ve managed and looked after my property so that I haven’t had to worry about it. Aimee Hope is my current property manager. She is a very professional operator who has a very pleasant personality. She makes it very easy to deal with issues that may arise from time to time.
