Overview of Cambridge, TAS, 7170

Phoebe and her team were amazing from start to finish. Phoebe operated with professionalism and integrity, ensuring both parties achieved the desired outcome. As first time buyers in the Hobart market, Phoebe's support, clear and timely communication, and local knowledge were greatly appreciated. We would highly recommend Phoebe to anyone.

The Team at Peterswald have been looking after a significant portfolio for us, which for other managers would be difficult, but Peterswald seem to handle with ease. Communication is fantastic and they are responsive to requests and keep our properties to high standard, vetting tenants well. I highly recommend Peterswald for property management.

So professional on all aspects of my journey, the team make you feel comfortable while walking us thru the process.

Enjoyed the process with Petrusma, very easy to get a hold of by phone or email, answered all questions and helped along the way.

I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The real estate agent was incredibly kind, friendly and professional throughout the entire rental application process. Communication was excellent, everything was explained clearly, and the whole process felt easy and stress-free. It’s refreshing to deal with someone who genuinely takes the time to help and makes you feel valued as an applicant. A lovely person and a great company to deal with. I would happily recommend them to anyone looking for a positive and professional rental experience.

My experience in the last year with Aislinn and Layla was fantastic. They both are excellent in their communication, very polite and professional. Finding the right tenant is not always easy but they managed it very well to find the right person for my house . I really appreciate that! It is obvious that their knowledge of the rental market is profound and they have a lot of experience. I am very happy that I decided to go with Petrusma. When I met Auslinn the first time and had a longer conversation with her I knew she would be the right real estate manager for me. Aislinn and Layla are looking very well after my property . They deal with all issues very quickly and professional. I can rely on them Hundred percent. I definitely highly recommend to go with Petrusma to all landladies and landlords!
