We were unavailable to attend the property being in interstate during settlement, the Agent was always there to update us and provided us information as required. Its nice to have Heritage Realty manages our investment house. The percentage cut I believe is fair and communication with our agent is constant. Sometimes our agent can’t reply the email straight away, but overall were happy to be manage by Heritage.
