Joy was very talkative when viewing the property and is always available to talk whenever needed

Very fast responce time.

Vanessa and the rest of the MCP team have been amazing to deal with. They handled all aspects of renting out - finding new tenants, inspections, leasing, trades, maintenance - everything has been handled smoothly to our complete satisfaction. Definitely recommended agency for all you residential property needs.

MCP were very helpful with securing us a rental property. The staff were lovely easy to communicate, very efficient to responding to questions and emails.

I have been with my current property management team for over 10 years, and they have been excellent at keeping me in touch and managing issues that have arisen with the minimal fuss and bother to me. I have rotated through a number of tenants (not excessive) during this time, with some problems during a change, but they have earnt their keep in dealing with them and minimising any stress to me.

Communication has been excellent from the beginning, with prompt responses and clear, friendly updates throughout the process. They have demonstrated strong knowledge of the local market and have been professional, approachable and genuinely helpful whenever I’ve had questions or concerns. What stood out most was their willingness to communicate and follow things up quickly, making the whole experience feel straightforward and stress-free.

Excellent service, very friendly

I am very happy that Jess Tesdal became my agent, she is very helpful and very kind, if I ever buy a house in the future, Jess will still be my agent and I will recommend her to everyone I know.

We appreciated the efficient and professional handling of the lease on one of our units. Screening was thorough and communication was good. I am grateful for the service we received.

Rebekah our property manager was very professional and great with dealing with our concern when our tenant broke their lease. Though there's some mishaps with the changes in their procedure, she make sure that everything will be ok and expectations were met. I recommend Rebekah to handle your investment property around Mackay area.

Very professional and easy to work with. Had a tenant very fast and everything was seamless
