Very Responsive ,Professional great communication.

This is our second rental home through Vanessa's management. On both occasions we secured tenants on the first open house. Communication has been excellent. Payments always on time. Tenants on the most part have been good with only a few minor concerns around tenants ability to consistently manage yard maintenance. The second home just rented is our own home which has just been renovated. We were very apprehensive about renting out a quality home, however have the utmost confidence in Vanessa to manage our home after we move to Brisbane.

Whenever I raised questions and concerns as a tenant, she always responded quickly and took the initiative to help solve every problem patiently. For example, since we couldn't access the app to check the Inspection report, Kylie kindly delivered all paperwork to our home in heavy rain, keeping our rental process on track. What's more, Kylie is a kind and professional agent. Being new to renting in Mackay, we were treated warmly and equally as other tenants.
