Our property manager is Emerence Jonker. She managed our property with a different agency many years ago, and we hunted her down after becoming disgruntled with said previous agency. Emerance's property management knowledge is second-to-none, as is her awareness of the rental market in the Ipswich area. She attends to any property issues without delay and with the minimum amount of disruption to our tennants. We trust her implicitly with our property. She is supported by a strong team at Crowne Real Estate.

I highly recommend the team for their outstanding property management services. They took over management of my property from another agency during a vacant period and immediately turned things around, sourcing a fantastic tenant quickly and completely hassle-free. Over the years, their service has been consistently excellent. They have been incredibly proactive with managing compliance requirements and have always excelled at finding high-quality tenants whenever a lease came to an end. The only reason I am leaving the agency is because I have sold the property. William is professional but at times lacks the correct communication skills. And unfortunately slipped when negotiating the new rental terms for new tenants. I felt like there was hidden communication regarding the lease arrangement with tenants leaving property early and timing of new tenants coming in. Having to pay three weeks of rent and not knowing that was going to happen is not ideal.

Their dedication and support made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I would highly recommend their services to anyone looking to rent or buy a property.
