Buxton found what looks to be a very suitable and well matched ( to the property) renter in a very timely manner. There will only be a short period when the property will be vacant. The new agreement matched the desitred duration and the asking rent. Communication to me as owner was timely and accurate. Basically very happy on this occasion.
