Excellent communications, advice and strategy, have had three different staff members working on our property. We don’t live in state so having confidence in our management is crucial. Can’t say enough good things about- even though their rate is a touch higher than market. In my view you get what you pay for and we will be staying and hopefully finding them more work.

Kushla and the ARG team are always courteous, friendly and responsive to reply to calls and emails. The rental income statements and financial year statements are concise. The team is prompt in attending to any concerns or matters requiring attention. They provide a high standard of service and deliver it with care. I highly recommend ARG property management. 😊
