Tiana and her team have been a pleasure to work with - Tiana provided personalised service from a very early stage in our investment journey - providing insights on what renovation work was essential / what was a nice to have - and her knowledge and tips made our renovation plan seamless and so much less stressful than it could have been. This was all before we had signed up to our contract - amazing! Tiana provided recommendations on trades and services as well as recommendations on carpet / paint / blind / curtain colors and brands - all attractive but also hard wearing in preparation for tenancy.
