I have had the pleasure of dealing with Ruth and her team at Cox realestate Adaminaby. In the last 3 years Ruth and her team have been second to non with their kind and caring service. They have looked after and monitored our 2 investment properties with enthusiasm and professionalism well above what would be expected from an agent. I would highly recommend them for any Realestate business, they have a great knowledge of our area.

Whenever there were issues raised by us or the tenants, the team jumped on quickly and addressed the issues. I also really like a service they provided every year that I never asked for. At the beginning of every financial year (usually on 1st July), they sent us a summary of last financial year activity summary which made our lives so much easier when doing tax return.
