Benjamin and the team were great in helping us find a new place and processed our application super quickly

Harris Tripp made our move in smooth, and simple, accomodating all of our needs for the move. Property Manager Aiwen has been so prompt with our queries and actioned any concerns as soon as they arose. We are very grateful to be in a Harris Tripp property!

I had a great experience with Joseph leasing out my property. He was professional, responsive and very easy to work with throughout the whole process. Communication was excellent. Joseph was always very transparent and thorough with the information he provided, kept me updated throughout the process, and responded quickly whenever I had questions. As a first-time landlord, I had quite a few questions along the way, and he was always incredibly patient in explaining everything clearly. I also really appreciated that he never pressured me into making a decision. He made sure I was comfortable, while giving me clear and practical advice so I could make an informed choice. We ended up securing a great tenant after the very first open home, at a rent above the asking price, which I’m extremely happy with. The whole experience was much smoother and less stressful than I expected. I’m very happy to have Joseph managing my property going forward and would definitely recommend him to other landlords.

Rocco was very transparent with from the beginning on his thoughts of how we should approach this and what to expect. Kept me updated and gave me his insights along the way. Was also willing to attend the property on my behalf when I needed people to come in to do works/install something.

Greg really kept me in the loop regarding the status of every instruction and prospective tenants, as well as excellent advice around repairs required.

Paul has very good local knowledge and advised on any work which needed to be carried out before we could re-let. The property was re-let quickly and efficiently.

Matthew was respectful, helpful and very professional. We couldn't have asked for a better experience with moving.

Great friendly, professional, interactions with Andrew. He was clear with his communication and followed up really well. Since moving in, Janice the property manager has been the same, friendly, professional and took action quickly. All of this has meant moving in has been super smooth and feeling so happy in a great place and location here in Ashfield.

I really appreciate the work Matthew had done through all the procedure.

I am very happy with the service and how quick I received the answers.
